Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit through our contact forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, business email, phone number, company name, company website, company size, expected hiring volume, referral source, and message.

We also receive technical and usage information associated with a request or site visit, including the IP address, page address, referring page, browser user agent, accepted language, and basic site performance events.

How we use and share information

We use this information to validate and respond to your request, coordinate a consultation, understand service needs, operate and improve the site, and protect the service from abuse.

Form information is sent to the approved lead-management endpoint and may also be sent to our internal Mattermost notification channel and the configured StealthAgents analytics service so authorized team members can follow up, measure lead activity, and operate the site. Site events, including the related IP address and request metadata, may also be processed by the StealthAgents analytics service. The thank-you page loads an embedded OnceHub scheduler, which may receive your IP address, browser and request metadata when that page loads; if you use the scheduler, OnceHub also receives the scheduling details you submit directly to it. We do not ask visitors to place employee records, credentials, medical details, complaints, or other sensitive information in these forms.
